1. How do I order?
Please proceed to the Order Form page. Each product has a corresponding form. Fill out the necessary details and click “Submit”. We will review your form and respond within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been confirmed, payment details will be sent to you. Please let us know your preferred courier. Shipping fee will be included in the total bill if you do not choose same-day delivery (Grab Express, etc.). Your order will then be processed after payment confirmation.
2. How long is your lead time?
Delivery will be scheduled around 3-5 working days after payment confirmation. Kindly give us more lead time (around 7-14 working days) for customised and Christmas orders.
